MD18617 high-frequency gate driver isdesigned to drive the low-side N-Channel MOSFET, IGBT, GaN with maximum control flexibility of independent inputs. The devices offer superior replacement of NPN and PNP discrete driver (buffer circuit) solutions. The inputs can handle negative PWM, which increases robustness against ringing from gate transformer and parasitic inductance of long routing traces. The input PINs thresholds are fixed and independent of the VDD supply voltage. The MD18617 is offered in SOT23-5 package.
